Christina Kessler named Director of Goaltender Development!
The Oakville Hornets are excited to announce our new goaltender development program!

Please join us in welcoming Christina Kessler in her new role as Director of Goaltender Development for the Oakville Hornets. Christina has worked with our goalies from House League to our High Performance Program and is uniquely qualified to help us grow this program over the next years.

In past years the Hornets have supported our goalies and their families primarily through

  • free development clinics
  • equipment and
  • reduced registration cost

for dedicated House League goalies.

The board has determined that the Hornets will be taking a more holistic approach and will support the development of our goalies with a strategic program starting in House League through our rep program and all the way to our High Performance teams.

"I've had the opportunity to work with many Hornets over the years and I'm really excited to be involved with this organization in a growing capacity! Goaltenders play a unique role on every team and I look forward to shaping this program to benefit all goalies, coaches and parents alike. My goal is to support, motivate and challenge all current and aspiring goalies to learn and thrive at this position in order for them to reach their goals and achieve their potential as the future stars of this organization." - Christina Kessler

Details of this program will be announced throughout the season. Please do not hesitate to reach out to Christina at “[email protected]” to address questions and suggestions for the program.
