Within the next few days we will advise on how we will collect Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination and Covid-19 Medical exemption request forms from affected members. Although OWHA states that, at this time, those born in 2010 or later will not require a vaccination for the 2021-22 season, participation remains subject to local restrictions including the Town of Oakville Covid-19 Protocols, as applicable. We will keep you posted on this and other developments as they happen. Thank you in advance for your patience and compliance.
