Organization - Halton region in RED level starting Monday Nov 16th
Submitted By Hornets on Friday, November 13, 2020
This afternoon Premier Ford announced that Halton region will be moving into the “Control (stringent measures) – red” level of the COVID-19 Response Framework as of 12:01am on Monday November 16, 2020.

The most significant impact to our teams is:
- The maximum number of persons permitted per rink is 10 (including players, coaches and team staff).
- Training activities only – no game play or scrimmages.

Dear Hornets families,

The province has also adjusted the thresholds for the different levels, more information can be found here.

Operations will continue as planned for this weekend. Please respect all existing rules and arena protocols to ensure that all players will be able to participate in their games this weekend.

Please be patient while we navigate the next steps upon receiving this information this afternoon. We will provide an update early next week to determine a course of action going forward.

Enjoy your weekend and stay safe. More information to follow soon.

Mike Turczyniak

President of the Oakville Hornets
